Move-in/out Inspection

We will walk through the property together with the tenants providing any necessary checkups required. After insuring that their are no issues, we will take pictures of the condition of the property and have the tenant sign. We don’t want you to be responsible for something that the tenant caused, so we make sure everything is clear between both parties before the Move-in. Our team will do a final checkup before the tenant moves out, as well as a comparison between the past (move-in) and current status (move-out) of the property.

Property Maintenance

Our team will notify you for any necessary maintenance or repairs and get your approval before action is taken, except in emergency situations. We will also provide expert advice for preventive maintenance.

Rent Collection

Rent will be collected and deposited it into your account promptly, and notifications will be sent to you. Our team will deal with all issues regarding any bounced cheques or unpaid rent.

Rental Property Assessment

In order protect your investment, our team will conduct a detailed property assessment every 4 months. We will also conduct monthly drive by reports to ensure that the tenants are behaving properly.

Monthly Financial Reporting

Our financial department will provide you with monthly and yearly statements for each property. Bill payments can be made through direct deposit, email transfer, credit card payment or regular cheque.
