Property Maintenance
The property manager will notify you for any necessary maintenance or repairs and get your approval before action is taken, except in emergency situations. The property manager will provide recommendations for preventive maintenance.

Financial Report
Our financial department will provide you with monthly and yearly statements for each property. Bill payments can be made through direct deposit, email transfer, credit card payment or regular cheque.

Rent Collection
Rent will be collected and deposited it into your account promptly, and notifications will be sent to you. The property manager will deal with the issues if there are any returned cheques or unpaid rent.

Rental Application​​​​​
The property manager will provide an overall status report, recommend you to buy necessary items to meet the safety standard, provide suggestions about maintenance and updates in order to attract better tenants. Marketing
The property manager will promote the property based on the features of the property, and will also promote to other media besides listing it on the real estate boards. This will maximize the market exposure, allowing the property to be rented out sooner.

Move-out Inspection
The property manager will do a final checkup before the tenant moves out, as well as a comparison between the past (move-in) and current status (move-out) of the property.

Tenant Screening
A tenant screening procedure is followed to locate the best tenants for the property. Checking the credit reports, employment letters, income status, previous landlords, references, etc., as well as verifying all the information provided by tenants.

Rental Property Checkup
In order to upkeep your property and protect your investment, the property manager will do regular checkups on the property every 4 to 6 months.

Move-In Inspection
The property manager will work through the property together with the tenants, take pictures and get the tenants’ signatures on it.
